Interim Controller

We are working with a healthcare client and has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) here in Brentwood, TN. This is a smaller organization that needs support with building/maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts, managing and maintaining budget (including budget to actuals), team/gap assessments, preparation of timely financials, and guiding the leadership team with decision support/ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements:

- Must have proven experience as a hands-on CFO, preferably in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry

- Experience in small-mid size organizations, proving to be hands-on with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of financials

- Comfortable leading accounting operations (through the Controller) and being hands-on with monthly close support as needed

- Local to greater Nashville and willing to be on-site 3-4 days a week in Brentwood
